Caroline is a board certified and licensed acupuncturist & herbalist and the founder of Essence Studio.
She was born and raised on the east coast and found her way to natural medicine on the west coast. Caroline earned her master’s degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA.

Caroline discovered the transformative impact of acupuncture and herbal medicine while struggling with chronic migraines and recurrent back and neck pain. Her patient approach is shaped by her personal passion for gentle, individualized and collaborative care. Caroline’s mission is not only to find the “why” behind the dis-ease and disharmony in our bodies, making connections unknown on the surface, but also implementing a personal plan for each patient to provide valuable tools that allow for preventative care. Her practice works to integrate the east and the west, bringing this ancient practice of healing to our modern communities.
